We coordinate advance delivery schedules, marshaling yard check-ins, and target delivery times down to the hour.

How Trade Show Delivery Works

You tell us where the show is, when load-in opens, and what you are shipping. We dispatch a dedicated vehicle timed to arrive during your assigned delivery window. Your freight is the only freight on the truck — no risk of another exhibitor's load causing a delay. We coordinate with the convention center's receiving dock, handle marshaling yard check-ins where required, and confirm delivery directly with your on-site team.

Retail Fixture and Store Rollout Delivery

Retail logistics operates on the same principle — tight windows, zero tolerance for delays. Store remodels and new location openings run on contractor schedules where a late fixture delivery delays every trade that follows. AB&M delivers retail fixtures, point-of-sale displays, signage, and merchandise to retail locations nationwide with confirmed delivery appointments and inside placement when required.

What We Handle for Exhibitors

Booth structures and custom displays, AV equipment and electronics, product samples and demonstration units, printed materials and promotional inventory, furniture and flooring. We handle fragile and high-value display equipment with white glove care — blanket-wrapped, strapped, and delivered without damage. If your booth includes technology that requires climate-controlled transport, we dispatch temperature-monitored vehicles.

Post-Show Pickup

The show ends and you need your booth broken down and shipped back — often on an even tighter schedule than load-in. AB&M coordinates post-show pickup with the same precision. We dispatch to the convention center during your assigned move-out window and transport everything back to your warehouse, office, or directly to the next show.
