Next Flight Out — From Call to Door-to-Door Recovery
- 1You call with the NFO request.
Pickup location, destination, freight dimensions and weight, required delivery window, and any handling constraints (hazmat, temperature, oversized). NFO is door-to-door by default — we confirm both airport legs and final-mile delivery on the same call.
- 2We select the flight.
Live airline schedule pull on the call: the earliest departure from the origin airport that connects cleanly to the destination. Airline selection is driven by timing, not preferred-vendor relationships. Airforwarders Association membership supports the carrier network.
- 3Pickup and airline tender.
Ground vehicle dispatched to the shipper; freight delivered to the airline cargo facility ahead of departure cutoff. Airway bill generated; tender confirmation returned to you.
- 4Flight departure and destination recovery.
Freight loaded on the selected flight. Our destination airport agent recovers the freight on arrival — usually within the first hour after landing — and coordinates final-mile delivery.
- 5Final-mile delivery and signed POD.
Dedicated ground vehicle completes the run from destination airport to your receiver. Door-to-door single point of contact, signed POD returned, exception notes documented. Transit measured in hours, not days.
