How fast can an expedited freight broker dispatch a truck?+
The credible answer depends on lane, equipment and capacity in your hour. Any company promising one hard number every time is promising something capacity does not always allow. The better answer is a range, plus a straight yes or no on the call.
What is the difference between expedited freight and hot shot trucking?+
Expedited freight is any shipment prioritized for faster-than-standard delivery — van, straight truck or team tractor-trailer, direct, no consolidation. Hot shot is a subset using Class 3-5 pickup-and-trailer rigs for smaller urgent loads, common in oilfield and construction.
