About AB&M Logistics
Family-owned expedited freight broker since 1997. Nearly three decades moving the freight that cannot wait.
📞 803-244-9897AB&M Logistics was founded in 1997 as a family-owned expedited freight broker serving the U.S. manufacturing and logistics industry. In nearly three decades of operations, we have dispatched over 11,000 emergency shipments across every major freight corridor in the United States — and across the U.S.-Mexico border.
We are not a technology company that entered logistics. We are a freight operations company that has built deep carrier relationships, operational protocols, and customer trust over nearly three decades. Our on-time rate is 98.3%. Our cargo theft and fraud record is zero.
Walter Kaszycki — Founder & Owner
Walter Kaszycki doesn't come from logistics. He comes from figuring things out.
He built his first company — a commercial cleaning operation — into one that serviced over 40 Walmart locations. That's 40 stores that needed to be spotless by opening, every single morning, no excuses. It taught him the only thing that matters in a service business: you show up, you deliver, or you don't get the call again.
After that, he owned a car dealership and a custom car building shop. Different industry, same principle — customers don't care about your problems, they care about the result.
Then Walter bought a carrier company and started running trucks. He learned freight from the cab, the dock, and the dispatch office — not from a PowerPoint. That carrier operation evolved into AB&M Logistics in 1997, when Walter realized that shippers didn't need another broker reading off a rate sheet. They needed someone who'd actually moved freight, understood what goes wrong at 2 AM on a Saturday, and knew how to fix it before the customer had to ask.
Nearly three decades later, that's still how AB&M runs. Walter is an active member of the Airforwarders Association, where he serves on the Truck Fraud Committee — working directly on the cargo theft prevention standards that protect the industry — and the Membership Committee.
David King — Director, Client Partnerships
David King serves as Director of Client Partnerships at AB&M Logistics and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Airforwarders Association for the 2025–2028 term.
In October 2025, David and the AfA formally called on the U.S. Department of Transportation to establish a Federal Cargo Theft and Fraud Task Force — a response to survey data showing that 8 in 10 AfA member companies have been impacted by organized freight fraud. David's leadership on this initiative reflects AB&M's position at the forefront of the industry's fight against cargo crime.

AB&M Logistics is a member company of the Airforwarders Association (AfA), which represents hundreds of U.S. companies dedicated to moving cargo through the supply chain. AB&M's involvement in the AfA includes:
AB&M is one of the few expedited freight brokers with representation at both the board and committee level of a major industry trade association.
The Meta Server Logistics Program
AB&M was selected to build and operate the dedicated server logistics program for Meta — one of the world's largest technology companies. The program required AB&M to develop ESD-compliant handling protocols, white glove delivery standards, and full SOP documentation for hyperscale data center deployments.
This wasn't a one-time contract. AB&M built the operational framework from the ground up: chain-of-custody procedures from warehouse to rack, zero-damage handling standards for servers, networking equipment, storage arrays, and sensitive compute hardware at scale. The program defines the operational standard AB&M now applies to every sensitive freight shipment we handle — from pharmaceutical logistics to classified material transport.
How We Operate
AB&M is a non-asset freight broker. We do not own trucks — we maintain direct relationships with vetted carrier assets across every major freight corridor. This model lets us dispatch the fastest available vehicle for any load anywhere in the country within the hour, without waiting for our own fleet to become available.
Every carrier in our network has been vetted through our multi-step verification process: DOT authority confirmation, insurance validation with the provider directly, safety rating review, and carrier history checks. We never source carriers from public load boards — every carrier we use is known to us through an established working relationship. This is not a policy we adopted in response to the fraud crisis. It is how we have operated since 1997.
